Because of our rural location we use Royal Mail for all UK and Overseas carriage.
We offer free shipping to UK Postcode deliveries only and this is by 2nd Class post, there are options available at checkout if you wish to upgrade to quicker and fully insured services, which have track and trace services online.
For Worldwide deliveries we again use Royal Mail International mail and again there are options to upgrade to quicker 'Signed For' services which also have track and trace through the Royal Mail website.
Due to the nature of our business, certain items are made for the customer and therefore cannot be returned to stock. With this in mind we do however excel in customer care and will try to help in any situation, in the first instance please make contact via our firstname.lastname@example.org email address and we will contact you.
